Aleesha Young has established herself as a top female bodybuilder professional in the final quarter of the decade. Aleesha was a member of a large family that included athletes. They also had siblings who played athletics, including skating and hockey. Aleesha played softball, soccer as well as basketball until she got into bodybuilding at the age of fifteen. Aleesha was granted her professional card in 2014 after she won her first NPC USA Championships. She started competing in 2008. She competed in 2014 at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro where she was placed 9th. In 2015 she maintained her ninth place result. Aleesha placed 6th in both 2016 and 2015 during the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. With steady improvement, Aleesha won her first pro-level show in the year 2019 when she won the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best WOS performance came in 2020. She placed 4th. The "World's Most Strongest Mom" has been taking a wellness break.
